1. Eligibility window
Paid seats may be cancelled for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided the cohort has not started and no custom materials were shipped to your legal entity.
2. Partial refunds
If you attend the first live block and document a material mismatch between the published syllabus and delivery, you may request a fifty percent refund within seven days of that block. Facilitators will respond with remediation first.
3. Non-refundable items
Third-party licensing you approved in writing, shipping for printed decks, and rush scheduling fees are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Process steps
Email the desk with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We acknowledge within two business days and render a decision within ten business days unless finance requires extra verification.
5. Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment path within fourteen business days. Bank-dependent delays sit outside Hublyx control but we provide remittance references on request.
6. Cancellations by Hublyx
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date at no fee or take a full refund including any service fees we charged directly.
7. Exceptions and force majeure
Severe weather, government restrictions, or venue failures may force rescheduling instead of refunds; we will offer credits first, refunds second when credits are impractical.
