Program terms
Effective 1 April 2026
1. Parties and scope
These terms govern access to Hublyx websites, registration for retention marketing workshops, and use of materials delivered by Hublyx (“Hublyx”, “we”). By requesting information or attending sessions, you agree to this framework.
2. Data controller
Hublyx acts as the data controller for personal data collected through forms, email, and on-site attendance records. Contact: +82-6-866-6867, 551-6, Eunhaeng-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
3. Categories of data
We process identifiers (name, email, company), billing details when applicable, attendance notes you voluntarily share, technical logs (IP, device type), and cookie selections stored under the key hublyx.digital_cookies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Contract performance for delivering workshops; legitimate interests in improving curriculum and securing sessions; consent where required for non-essential cookies and marketing mailings you explicitly opt into.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are kept twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Attendance artifacts you submit may be archived twelve months for facilitator QA unless you request deletion sooner.
6. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with email delivery providers, survey tooling, and payment processors bound by written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Where tools are hosted outside Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards and vendor assessments consistent with applicable Korean and EU transfer requirements when relevant to participants.
8. Security measures
Access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege accounts for facilitators, and periodic reviews of integrations touching participant data.
9. Children’s privacy
Workshops target working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen. If you believe we have, contact us for prompt deletion.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting sessions already delivered under contract.
11. Policy changes
We will post updates here with a revised effective date. Material changes to data use will be highlighted in session briefings when feasible.
12. Governing law and venue
Korean law applies to consumers located in Korea. Disputes should first be raised with our desk contact; unresolved matters may proceed to competent courts in Gyeonggi-do unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
